Gladys Torres
Senior Property Manager

Gladys brings 25 years of extensive legal and financial experience ranging from Collections, Policy and Procedures to Monthly Reconciliation of tenant rent accrual.   She is also an integral part of maintaining tenant relations as well as addressing arrears issue through collection resumption procedures.  Gladys also has extensive knowledge and controls the data entries and/or adjustments of various account receivable items.  Ms. Torres earned a B.S. from Boricua College.

Eugene Fernandez 
Property Manager

Eugene brings over 20 years of real estate experience. Born in the Dominican Republic and having lived in an HDFC building for over 30 years, Eugene can relate and help solve numerous of the issues that many of our shareholders and renters face each day with regards to their properties. He is fluent in Spanish. He has many years of experience in rentals and management of residential and commercial properties in New York City. His experience in a Jesuit education (Nativity Mission School, Xavier High School and Nazareth College of Rochester) brings an ethical and moral decision making which is beneficial to our client’s interest.

Ricardo Villanueva
Company Liaison

Ricardo or Rick has over 10 years’ experience in the property management field. Rick serves as an excellent liaison between the Board of Directors or landlord and the shareholders/renters as he works very hard to resolve all complaints. He is fluent is Spanish. Rick brings a positive outlook and keeps everything light even under pressure.
